Best Poster Presentation Award
Our paper titled “Temperature dependent magnetic properties of Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3 nanoparticles” by Subrata Das and M. A. Basith won the best poster presentation award (among 141 accepted papers) in the International Conference on Physics-2020 held at Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka during 05-07 March, 2020. The conference was organized by Bangladesh Physical Society.

Best Paper Awards
Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdul Basith received outstanding publication award from United Group.

The award was obtained in the general science and engineering category for the paper, ‘

Simple top-down preparation of magnetic Bi0.9Gd0.1Fe1-xTixO3 nanoparticles by ultrasonication of mutiferroic bulk material.

The award money was taka 100,000/- and Professor Basith and Dr. Brajalal Sinha donated their award money to the Nanotechnology Research Laboratory.

Students of Nanotechnology Research Laboratory (NRL) won best poster presentation awards in the International Conference on Nanotechnology and Condensed Matter Physics 2018, BUET, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Out of four, three awards were won by the students of NRL for the following three papers.

Dr. Mohammed Abdul Basith, the principal investigator of Nanotech Research Group received taka 1 Crore Ninety Lacs under HEQEP project (Window 1). Dr. Basith is the Sub-Project Manager (SPM), Professor Dr. Forhad Mina is the Deputy Sub-Project Manager (DSPM) of this sub-project.
